FETA PROIKAS is a protected designation of origin (PDO) cheese. The Feta cheese is produced at the PROIKAS cheese factory in Soho, Thessaloniki, from 100% pure Greek sheep and goat milk of indigenous breeds of free-range sheep and goats from selected units in the area, without additives and preservatives.

Aged for many months in salt water, FETA PROIKAS (Protected Designation of Origin B.O.B.) is an authentically unique cheese with a special personality, a rich pleasant flavor that condenses the aromas of nature and a characteristic aftertaste.
